After much planning, development and a lot of heart we decided to launch of ShoutLongBeach.com in early 2009, becoming the first website in Long Beach with a focus on LGBT news and events.

Our dream for ShoutLongBeach.com is that it becomes a centralized place where the Long Beach Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgendered community can connect, debate, share common interests and stay up to date on current news and events.    Our team of writers and designers are all active members or friends of our Long Beach LGBT community.   We take pride in all that our community has to offer and are excited to be part of a project like ShoutLongBeach.com!

Our LGBT community here in Long Beach is one that is diverse, vocal, charitable and proud and we hope all of you will choose to participate in ShoutLongBeach.com in some way.   Whether you visit the site to read our articles, watch videos or support local gay friendly businesses in our Business Directory, we hope you do so regularly!  For those with more to say we encourage you to post comments, ask questions and even write for us!
